PM KNIGHT 02-12-16

Fri, 02/12/2016 - 1:47pm

In case you didn’t get an email or text alert from the county, evening activities have been cancelled due to forecasted weather conditions and travel advisories between the hours of 6:00-8:00 pm this evening. You know what that means, the Snow Ball has once again melted. As luck would have it, Ms. Bodziak, PTA dance organizer extraordinaire, was still in the cafeteria after having spent the last couple of hours selling tickets to the planned event, so we were able to talk through the logistics of rescheduling and/or refunding. We have determined that it will be best to cancel the event altogether. We know that will disappoint many of you, but we know there are so many events that need to be worked in across our feeder system, and are not confident we will be able to find another date before the end of February. At this time, we are looking for dates in March and are planning to combine the Snow Ball and Spring Fling events into one ‘March Madness’ event! Doesn’t that sound fantastic?!  Stay tuned for those details. In the meantime, Mrs. Bodziak and her band of volunteers will return to school next week to return all Snow Ball ticket fees collected. So, if you want your three dollars back, be sure to tell your student to hand it over!

Spring is just around the corner - stay tough, you can make it!
