To Parents of Rising 7th Grade Students:
Effective school year 2018-2019, Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene requires all 7th grade students to have a single dose of:
Tdap AND a single dose of Meningococcal vaccine (MCV4) BEFORE the first day of school.
Some students may have already received these immunizations.  If so, please provide the Health Room with an updated immunization record.
Failure to provide proof of updated immunizations by the first day of school, or to provide evidence of an appointment to receive those immunizations within 20 calendar days from the first day of school, will result in your child being excluded from school.

Medication Pick-Up for the end of this school year:
If your child has medication in the Health Room, the medication must be picked up by the parent/guardian by the end of staff hours on the last day of school.  This includes Epi-pens, Inhalers, daily medications and over-the-counter medications.  Any medication not picked up by a parent/guardian will be destroyed.
