Device Shipment

We have received some inquiries from parents regarding device deployment - specifically that parents, who still have not received their device or are receiving an email from HCPSS saying that they have picked up the device for their student. 

Since the original intent was for parents to pick up the devices, that message went out to all families who had their device shipped. Receiving this message does mean that the device should be arriving to your home soon. There has been a delay with the amount of shipments with Fedex. We are sorry for the confusion the message may have caused.

When you receive the device, please be sure to complete the Device Shipment Survey.
