National Bullying Prevention Month - October

Fri, 09/29/2017 - 9:32am

Every October, schools across the country join STOMP Out Bullying™ in observing National Bullying Prevention Month. The goal is to encourage communities to work together to stop bullying and cyberbullying by increasing awareness of the prevalence and impact of bullying on all children of all ages.

This is your chance to make bullying prevention heard around the world! Monday, October 2 is Blue Shirt Day.   Wear blue in support of ending bullying and cyberbullying.

Throughout the month of October Ms. Ivey and Ms. Kempthorn will be facilitating classrooms lessons to talk about how students can prevent bullying and cyberbullying. Also each week the counselors will  ask students  to participate in different school activities to help us STOMP Out Bullying.

Remember, everyone can  change the culture by putting an end to Bullying and Cyberbullying!
