There is a three-hour early dismissal on Monday, November 23 & Tuesday, November 24 due to the Parent/Teacher conferences. Please see the schedule below for these days.
Parents can view their conference schedule beginning Saturday by logging into HCPSS Connect and following the steps on page 2 of the parent directions.
During conferences, if you experience any issues or if you have questions, please fill out the PMS Parent/Teacher Conference Request for Assistance form, and someone will contact you for assistance.
Staff are monitoring this form the entire time of the conference windows on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
When logging into the actual Parent/Teacher Conference, parents will need to use their child's log-in credentials.
When joining a conference, parents should anticipate waiting to be "admitted" until the teacher finishes with the previous conference.
To ensure children have access to essential nutrition over the holiday period, families may pick up meals in advance to cover the holiday break. Meal service will not be available on Wednesday, November 25 through Friday, November 27. See all service and schedule adjustments.

Do you have a child with an IFSP or IEP? The HCPSS Family Support and Resource Center (FSRC) offers a weekly email just for you! FSRC communications include helpful workshops, resources and community information specifically geared to supporting your journey. As a parent of a child with an IFSP/IEP, you should already be receiving the email, but if not, let us know so we can include your contact information in our database. You can also email specific questions to FSRC@hcpss.org.
